Community Meeting Space

The Woodward Memorial Library offers free meeting room spaces for non-profit organizations during regular library hours, with rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two meeting areas—the Program Room in the Children's Room and the Local History Room on the mezzanine—can be reserved, while the Woodward Room remains open for small group meetings.

Organizations must contact the library (585-768-8300) at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a room, providing their organization name, meeting times, and contact information. All meetings must be free and open to the public, with library programming taking priority over outside group reservations.
